We take your privacy very seriously! We will take all safety measures to ensure your personal information is protected.

We only collect information that we need that is related to your appointment 

This includes your:

  • Name

  • Phone Number or

  • Email Address

Your information is only used to keep track of your appointment. We do not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Policies

Deposit

​

Deposits are required to confirm all appointments. Until deposits are paid, the time slot is still available. Which means, if two clients requests the time slot, it is confirmed for whomever pays the deposit first. If the time slot for your booking is being challenged you will be notified.

All deposits are non-refundable. Can be transferred to one rescheduled appointment.

Cancellations and No-Show No Call

​

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service please let us know within 24hrs of your appointment. We understand that things come up, if you need to reschedule please let us know asap! Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 75% of the service cost. If you are more than 30 minutes late without notice your appointment will be cancelled.

If you are a No Show No Call, full price of the service will be owed. You are allowed to book another appointment once balance has been covered. If you are a No Show No Call twice you will no longer be able to book with us.
