  • Can I book a consultation before booking an appointment?
    Yes. Send us a DM on instagram (@rae_royalbraids) or email (tressesroyal@gmail.com) and we will go over what style you wish to have done and answer any questions you may have.
  • Do I need to wash my hair before my appointment?
    Yes. We ask all our clients to at least have their hair shampooed, conditioned and detangled prior to arriving for your appointment.
  • Can I pick up my order on the same day?
    Yes. All products except our SHEA MOI line can be picked up on the same day. Our SHEA MOI line needs 3 days to be processed before pick up.
  • How to take care of my bonnets and durags?
