All products can be picked up during operating hours.

Once your order has been processed and you have received confirmation that your order is ready you can pick it up.

All products except our SHEA MOI line can be picked same day.

Please allow 3 days for your SHEA MOI products to be processed, made to perfection and ready to use before attempting to pick up your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are dedicated to providing you with quality service and products!

All products except our SHEA MOI line can be returned or exchanged once we are notified of any discrepancies with your order within 24hrs of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Given the nature of our SHEA MOI line all products are made to order and thus are final sale.
